Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing any part of the 33dk platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the 33dk platform, whether registered or unregistered, and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 33dk.

33dk reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on 33dk, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

33dk supports multiple local and international payment methods to ensure a smooth banking experience for all players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, typically credited within minutes.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard — subject to standard card processing times and applicable fees.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi banks — processing times may vary between 1 and 3 business days.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 33dk aims to process withdrawals within 24 hours of verification. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the account holder's name. 33dk reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending full KYC compliance. Repeated or systematic abuse of bonuses may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

33dk offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the IPL. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the offer. General rules include: bonus funds are separate from real-money funds; bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted; free spins winnings may be subject to additional wagering requirements.

Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors, or coordinated bet hedging — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to permanent account suspension. 33dk makes all final determinations on the eligibility and application of promotional credits.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33dk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

• Using any software, algorithm, script, bot, spider, or automated system to interact with the platform without express written consent from 33dk.
• Attempting to defraud 33dk or other players through collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any other coordinated deceptive strategy.
• Engaging in money laundering or any financial activity in violation of applicable laws and regulations, including using 33dk as a conduit for the transfer of illicit funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 33dk staff via any communication channel offered on the platform, including live chat and email.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 33dk platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33dk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 33dk. Unauthorized use of any platform content may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

33dk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33dk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 33dk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 33dk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.
